The discharge of material is possible through induced vibrations through electrically driven unbalanced motors. It is possible to generate elliptic, circular or linear vibrations through adjustable fly weights attached to the motors. The centrifugal force generated through theses weights is adjustable and hence variation in vibrations is achieved.

These feeders are used for a wide variety of applications such as metering and transferring the material from bins, hoppers, silos and storage piles etc.

Bevcon vibrating feeders consists of heavy duty fabricated steel pan suitably reinforced. The pan is assembled on a heavy duty and fabricated box type vibrating console. This console is provided with an unbalancing motor which is a source of vibrations.

This vibrating assembly is either suspended through a hanger of springs or mounted on a rigid fabricated frame isolated by a spring based on the layout requirement.
