Bevcon Roller Conveyors are classified into powered and non-powered version using standard precision bearing and ideally suited for conveying light / heavy applications upto 250 kgs & above or other items of such size and weight. This type of conveyor makes the handling of such heavy equipment/products easier and more time effective. Many of the heavy duty roller conveyors can move as fast as 75 feet/minute.
The rotating rollers push the product along the conveyor while the shaft is usually driven by an electrical motor. The conveyor electronically controls how specific sections of the conveyor system interact with the products being conveyed.Advantages of this conveyor are quiet operation, as well as easy installation and maintenance.
They can be manufactured for almost all applications, at relatively low expense. Items conveyed have to be of adequate size and shape so that they would not fall between the moving rollers. If the product being conveyed is of varying size, the belt conveyor system is generally used as an alternative option.
