Circular Motion Screen

Circular Motion Screen

When it comes to difficult material separation and demanding work atmosphere Bevcon Wayors is having more than 20 years of experience in many types of screening solutions.
A circle-throw vibrating machine is a traditional (basic) type screening machine employed in processes involving particle separation. In screening processes the operation refers to separation of larger and smaller particles in a given feed material. As the name replicates, in Circular Motion vibrating screens, particle flow on screen will be in a circular path while performing separation process.
Screen body which is obviously the vibrating mass is provided with an indirect excitation. The circular-motion vibrating screen is powered via a propeller shaft by an electric motor. Two numbers of counter weights are mounted directly on the centre shaft of screen body. The centre of gravity of the body is thus changed.

Circular motion screens have a simple structure with high screening efficiency. The screen body consisting of two side plates fabricated out of fully killed carbon steel material of suitable thickness. Two side plates are connected through tie members.
Screening media is of various types like woven mesh, perforated plates, rubber or polyurethane etc. the screening media is modules and mounted directly on tie members. There will be multiple screening decks provided in screen body depending on the particle separation required.
The circular-throw vibrating screen generates a rotating acceleration. The screen body is mounted on a supporting frame at an angle within the range of 10° to 25°, in order to develop adequate particle movement. Vibrations from the body to the supporting structure are separated by heavy duty torsion springs provided on four sides of screen body.
